I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere. After nearly a year of perfect service two weeks ago I got a serious problem. When watching HD programs (and only HD) recorded from Dish HD locals onto the 622, for viewing later (e.g., 30 Rock), the program will freeze, then reboot the 622, causing it to search for signal, etc. - a five minute process - this happens 2 - 4 times per HD show. The Wife will no longer view HD programs as a result, and I am getting seriously irked! Is this a known issue? Who should I try to talk to at Dish? I tried standard tech support, got an outsourced woman who new less about the 622 than my wife, and I gave up in disgust, because I had to watch an HD program - in real time! Help!!!!
