I felt almost the same. Second episode is going to be the tie breaker for me.Drew2k said:I thought it was well made and well cast, but at the end of the episode I just didn't feel like I wanted to know more about these people or that address, so I'm going to do something unusual for me and drop it after the first episode. It just doesn't compel me to come back...
It reminded me of "Needful Things" more than anything else. I hop it stays around long enough to grow into its own show.mreposter said:Just finished watching the pilot. Well made, but as someone said in the cancellation watch thread, there were some casting issues. Too many weak or miscast actors.
In an odd way, it reminded me of a horror version of Revenge - hot blonde leading lady, random good looking guys, evil older couple, lots of scenery chewing. But it just didn't have the edgy excitement that Revenge delivers. Like Drew said, it all felt hollow. Nothing surprised me.
It'll stay on my season pass list for now, but something tells me I'll just end up deleting them all.
