Now and then when recording my 721 devlops pixels that get worse over time. Buming the PVR back appears to fix it.

Is this a bug or is it unique to my box>

I had this happen once to one of my 721's (own two) 3 days ago. It has not happened since (fingers crossed. My other 721 crapped out last week. Sat input 1 tuner is fried. Pixelating, freeze up and constant aquiring signal. RMA'd it! The wonderful world of digital electronics. At least they give you the one year warranty. Hoping for better luck the 2nd time around.

Jay I HOPE you get a new one as replacement. I heard if its over 24 hours the send you a refurbish.

IF mine gets replaced I will DEMAND a NEW ONE. Cost too much to get a used unit...
