Here's a question for those of you that have the 721(mine is on order). How well does the RF remote work? Specifically since I plan to pump the RF output to other rooms around my house I want to know if it works better than the RF remotes from the 4000 and 5000. The RF remote for the 4000 is really bad. If the 721 RF remote is really good I will try to get a second for the basement, if not I can always use the pyramids like I do for my DishPlayer. Also, Anyone using a universal remote for the 721?

The remote is a little better than the remotes from the 4000 series, but it still won't carry through a whole house. Rather than getting pyramids, I would get a good amplified UHF antenna and connect it rather than that little antenna they provide. The RF remotes use the 900 MHZ band which is near the UHF TV Bands. I got a 40 db RCA for about $20 and it did the trick. I can now use the remote anywhere in the house.
