722 Software Bug?
Until recently on the 722 if I lost signal due to bad weather I could watch a DVR event with out any problem. Lately I get a aquiring Sat signal message when watching either live TV or a recorded event,pressing DVR brings back the picture of course with a small video window then pressing cancel instead of taking me back to full video image takes me back to the menu then I have to press cancel again to exit out of the menu. This only happens during a heavy rainstorm or thunderstorm otherwise when hitting cancel after pressing DVR like today it is sunny and clear no problem goes back to full video no problem.
Thought it would be better to post this here first than trying to explain this to a CSR.
