Before I go throught the agonizing process of calling a Dish CSR to ask this, I thought I may get a quick painless answer here. I own my current 811 BTW. And I already have one 211. The Dish website says$199 but I'm not sure if that includes my 811 swap that I own.
Another question, Is there a "secret number" to call to avoid getting the Indian call centers. I've found them to be virtually useless and take up to 1 hour or longer for something that used to take just minutes.
