I tried this feature for the first time last night and the picture froze up during playback. Is this a known problem? It was an MPEG-4 channel.

Sorry, Is this the same issue as the dual live buffers. I don't read all the threads.

It is a problem, most noteably seen on the MPEG-4 playbacks watched while it is recording.

No it is not the same.

This is a TrickPlay bug in the MPEG-4 during live recordings.
