I don't see a thread on this (mods if there is one please delete this one), but today notice readings from D11 on 99(s):

My readings in Austin (low, my dish needs a tweak):

9-16 N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A N/A 0 17

99(s) is not D11. It is Spaceway2 which is used for spotbeams. D11 is 99(c) and carries CONUS channels.

What are your 103c and 99c readings?

I stand corrected (below). Bottom line is 99c and 103c are conus beams.

99(s) is a combination of Spaceway 2 (TP's 1->6) and D11 (TP's 15->24). Just like 103(s) is a combination of Spaceway 1 (TP's 1->6) and D10 (TP's 15->24).
