99(s) Signals = Possible HD Locals?

We're trying to be patient here on California's Monterey bay. Could strong signals on three of the 99(s) transponders be a predictor that HD locals are imminent for us? Pretty please?

Are they NEW strong signals or have they always been strong? New signal would be an intriguing indicator along those lines but of course proof of nothing (until you see the channels in your Guide).
I could be TOTALLY mixed up, but I believe I've seen some additional signals on 103(s) as I just don't remember as many high readings as recently as the other day.

Tallahassee, FL is expected to get their HD-LIL soon (the equipment has been installed for months).

Savannah is probably fairly high on DirecTV's list for HD-LIL (DMA #98).

Macon, GA is a 72.5 market near me which will apparently be mirrored on a KA satellite shortly. There may be another 72.5 DMA or two in which I might be close enough to pick up the spot beam.

Columbus, GA (DMA #128) still has no SD-LIL (though rumor is that Dish will soon carry them), so perhaps it's one of the upcoming SD markets.

Albany, GA (my DMA, #147) is still without SD-LIL, so perhaps it's one of the upcoming SD markets?

We'll see people, we'll see!! :)

Isn't there some master list about the rollout someplace? Also in the Monterey non-HD lils zone.
