99s Signal levels Twin Cities Locals

I had a lady from DirecTv call me today and she said my DVR sent them info that my signal was cutting out and having problems news to me I have had no problems at all with searching for signal other than a good rain storm.
I told her my signal levels are all mid 90's and very few upper 80's.
Well we went through them all again 101 103c 103s 99c and 99s we get to 99s and my readings are 97,30,97,0,42,0 and spots 15-24 all 0's she says I have a problem you should get more than all the zero's on 103's and betterthan the 30 and 42 on 99s I explain to her that these are spot beams for locals and my locals come from 99s thats why 103s is all 0's and I only have the two strong 97's on 99s as those are the ones i am getting my locals on she was totally confused and still wanted to send out a tech no charge I said it was not necessary as I was not having any problems but if they wanted to send a tech out with a new slimline to install that would be fine she said she could not do that so no tech is comming.
Anyone else run into this and any others out there that have the Twincities locals have any different readings than I am getting on 99s
