I had a receiver installed today to replace my HR10-250. Mark from MASTECH showed up on time and did good work. I'm now 3 for 4 with service calls since 2002. 3 good service calls, 1 of which was excellent. 1 very bad service call.

thats good man, its so hard sometimes to get good installs.

That is good to hear. I had no problems with my D install either. Like they say in the forums, you mainly hear about the bad installs! I did have a E install that didn't go well one time but thats another story.
