It is bad enough that ABC/ESPN went back on it's promise to broadcast every game in HD this year. However, the Big 12 gets the shaft every week because they don't have a direct contract with ESPN and can't be used as the reverse mirror game. Check out the 2:30 games this season...
Week 1...only two games, both in HD, but neither is a Big 12 game
Week 2...Cincinnati @ OU is the only SD game
Week 3...no Big 12 games on ABC, so Georgia Tech @ Virginia Tech gets SD game
Week 4...Miami @ Texas A&M is the only SD game
Week 5...Arkansas @ Texas will probably be the only SD game
There are only two good conferences this season and ABC doesn't have a contract with the SEC, so you would think they'd treat the one good conference they broadcast a little better.
