I get DNS from NYC with HD. I have the 5 LND dish and 3 receivers with MPEG4 capabilities and they have the 4 Networks from NYC in HD. But I also have one old HR10-250 and it only has NBC,CBS and Fox in HD not ABC(it not even listed on the guide),is ABC-HD from NYC in MPEG4?

You shoud be able to get the ABC-HD feed on channel 86 in Mpeg2 for a little while longer. The one on channel 396 is Mpeg4.

That is what I thought. Not sure why I don't get NYC ABC-HD on the HR10-250 but it doesn't matter that much just wondering.
