I have a Dish 1000 and my 129 sat is ony getting between 58 - 84 signal strength as shown on my 622 depending on the transponder.

Some of my local HD channels break up constantly. I get both green blocks & mosaic issues.

I have an old 18" dish, could I use it for 129?

Thoughts or suggestions?

I have a 24" dish that I have for 129. It has increased the signal strength but it has not decreased the pixelation & the "green blocks & mosaic issues." You should start talking (email) with the tech group at Dish. Their email is [email protected]
