I searched the forum but couldn't find a thread on this issue. When I try to tune to the active channel I get a 771 searching for satellite signal error. I don’t get this error on any other channel, just the active channel.
I admit I don’t go to this channel often so I don’t know how long this has been going on. I know it’s been there for the last couple of days.
Any thoughts?

I have also experienced the 771 error on this channel for the last couple of days.

I read in another thread that they were going to start using local info from the Weather Channel--perhaps "local on the 8's"--on this channel, so I wanted to take a look. Otherwise, I would never have noticed the 771 on this channel.

I'm not sure if you're making fun of the channel or me for asking. Am I missing something?
No, I was not laughing at you. I was laughing at someone asking what the active channel was. I thought they were being sarcastic.

Its actually just a channel with interactive features (like the Olympics/sports menus, etc. ). It is channel 9999.
