Additional Seattle HD locals?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this - if not, please direct me to the right place. :)

Has there been any information on adding HD locals with the new satellite going live soon? Specifically, I'd love to see the following Seattle station go HD (so I can get rid of my OTA antenna). I'm in zip code 98012 - Snohomish, County.

Ch. 11 (The CW) - Smallville, Supernatural, etc.

Thanks

Nothing has been announced. But I think it's a safe bet we see it added eventually. I think that KCTS9 will likely be our next addition.
Based on the rumblings about PBS, I think you're right about the order of things. But as we've seen CW being added around the country, I would assume 11 is in the plans.
We might see something new after 9/1 when Directv switches the locals from analog to digital.

I'd like to see KBTC (28) carried in HD also, but I recall seeing something earlier about only one PBS HD station per DMA.

That will hopefully improve the SD quality a bit, although compression will still be an issue. I doubt it would involve subchannels, because it should have no impact on bandwidth.

I sure hope so. I have not watched PBS for over one year because the picture quality is so bad.

Yeah. I can get 9-1 OTA, but 28 is really poor.
