This has been mentioned here dozens of times. It began with the last or next ot last software update. It also occurs intermittently. You need to wait for a software patch. Do a search of this website for more details.Miles69 said:After Using the pause to get rid of the bad lip sink problem, or to just do a laginiment pause, the set goes straight to live mode. Same here. Yes, its a pain in the butt. I hear if you hit pause, go do what you gota do, return, hit pause again it should pick up from where you left. This also does not work here (my house) but I've heard it does with ohers.Miles69 said:After Using the pause to get rid of the bad lip sink problem, or to just do a laginiment pause, the set goes straight to live mode. I have obtained credit for two months as well. I would encourage others to do the same and they will certainly prioritize a fix.richbogrow said:I have this problem also. I contacted Dish last night amd they indicated that is was software bug and that were working on it. I asked for my DVR fee to be credited for the month as my DVR was not working properly and the representative credited my DVR fee.
Thanks for the heads up. I just noticed this as well a few days ago. I tried the ship back button which works, although I don't know how far I can go back with that.dad2trips said:I have obtained credit for two months as well.
