I have a friend that lives in alaska, i sent him the alaska/hawaii dishes and lnbs, swm8, power inserter pi29, and 5 h25s. i went out there to visit him and we setup everything and everything was working. He said it was working for a couple days and everything was great but then he got searching for sat signals on almost all hd channels. We had great signal on the 119,110,101 but the 99 were lower than i wanted but we ran out of time to play with it but i had him check the signals and all the even transponders are missing, i had him move the wires around on the input to the multiswitch and the evens came back for a few hours then the dropped out again. Any ideas what could be happening?

"Evens" are on the 18 volt lines [odds on the 13 volt], so loose cables/connectors might be causing this.
HD [as you may know] only comes off the 99 & 103 SATs.
