It's expected that today satellite interests will learn whether the Supreme Court will hear a constitutional challenge of must-carry rules for dish services.

EchoStar and the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association have argued that the must-carry mandate violates the First Amendment. DirecTV is not participating in the challenge, which was filed with the Supreme Court in March.

Cable once challenged the constitutionality of its must-carry rules, but the Supreme Court upheld the law.

The Supreme Court decision is expected this morning.

Another desperate court appearance by E* goes by the way side. I'm thinking the Supreme Court has to be getting sick of seein E* in front of them.
