I have three HR20-700 receivers and all are reading 0's for the odd transponders on 99(c). I don't think it is a b-band converter issue as readings are the same for all three receivers on both tuners. I don't think it is a alignment issue as the signal strength for the even transponders is good. Test channel 482 results in a searching for signal, channel 483 shows a good setup.

99(c):
0 88 0 86 0 85 0 85
0 88 0 86 0 91 N/A N/A

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Bad multiswitch, bad cable between multiswitch, or bad LNB assembly. You can start by bypassing the multiswitch using female/female adapters to bypass the multiswitch for two of the receivers. If the problem goes away, replace the multiswitch. If the problem persists, inspect all cables to the LNB assembly and try a new cable to the LNB assembly. If the problem persists, replace the LNB assembly.

Thank you for the response. I do have two multiswitches, but I don't know if the HR20's are all on the same one or not. I will check that tonight.

I tried swapping cables between the two multiswitches and there was no change. I tried swapping cables off of the LNB assembly, still no change. So I grabbed some extra RG-6 cable and ran that straight from the LNB assembly directly to the B-Band converters and still no change. Looks like I have a faulty LNB assembly. Any recommendations on how to get a LNB assembly from Directv?
