When I first set up my am-21 there was a screen after my primary zip. Asking for the secondary zip if you wanted to. I didn't do it then but I thought could do it later. Now I can't find that secondary zip when I go through the menu. Do I have to reset it and go through the whole setup process again or does someone know how to get that screen back? Not sure where it is now.

You have to do the entire Antenna setup again.

No, you should be able to go back to Sat/Antenna Setup and find that screen again. Is that where you were? I'm not in front of my TV or I'd look...

I'm at work now. But I tried yesterday in the ant setup but it showed my primary zip already in the zip code. I think I may have to go through the whole process. I just could not find it.
