Although I was in the direct path of hurricane Isaac, I did not loose power so I was able to watch DTV. However, I sometimes lost the signal because of rain, and occasional power failures.
Because of these powers failures my DTV receiver would recycle ALONG with my AM-21. I finally had to go back to oldschool and re-connect my OTA antenna directly to the TV.
I'm just letting everyone know that an occasional rain outage is okay, but if a hurricane or strong winds are on the way, you may want to take necessary action.
