Just wondering if I am the only one in West Central Georgia to have lost signal?? It went out yesterday when the storms rolled in and it's still cloudy, but no wind and rain as before. After 3 discussions with a technical assistant, and 3 offers of sending a tech out (for the lovely price of $49.99), I still have no answers.

Clouds by themselves shouldn't be an issue. How about trees, cables wet on the inside , etc ?

Good clearance... I'm wondering if the wind may have move the dish a bit, but wouldn't it take a significant move to lose signal?

I dont know how far away you are from where i live, but it was clousy yesterday, and today, but the signals have been the same here
