AM21 with Cable?

Will the AM21 tune in cable TV's QAM HD channels or only OTA? I cannot get a good signal for OTA HD, but have lifeline cable along with my high speed Internet access from Comcast. I have three HD TVs, but none have QAM tuners. Any other options for getting HD locals since DTV does not have my area yet?

It will not tune QAM, only ATSC OTA signals.
