AM21N Question

588 Views 2 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  br408408
I live in "Sunny" .....rainy? central Florida. If I buy an AM21N and watch my locals using it in a bad storm, will I still see the "Searching for Satellite" message on my screen when I loose the satellites in a bad storm even though I am watching using the AM21N?

Thanks, Bill

You won't see that message unless you are also trying to record a SAT channel at the same time. It can happen as its happened to me. Then you will know the recording is hosed and can stop it.

I have AM21/N's throughout and its a necessity in Florida.
Thanks for the quick reply....that is exactly what I wanted to know. Us Florida residents know what heavy rain is!
