I don't need to explain Star Trek: Phase II to the diehards, but for the rest of you, it is the only fan film series sanctioned by the Roddenberry family (Gene Roddenberry created Star Trek.) It's also an extremely well-produced series that's gained the attention and support of many of the legendary Trek alumni.
