Personally, I think at least part of it was people complaining about what they got. At least on here, we got a lot of complaints, whether it was game lounge, ppv, extra pack, sports pack etc.

The HD Extra Pack is always free if you play the game. Add it for 3 months free. Cancel at the end of 3 months. Add it for free 5 minutes later. Rinse, repeat each 3 months.
