Any HBO promo's right now?

probably not due to the starz/showtime deal goin on now.

If you call and ask for a deal,I'm sure they'll help you out.

They actually have a similar deal for HBO/Cinemax. Pay for HBO, get Cinemax free for three months. But I do believe it is one or the other - can't sign up for both deals (could be wrong on that one).

didnt know about the hbo/skinemax deal....why does directv keep these hush hush ?

This is indeed still going on. I just called to sign up for HBO so I can watch Hard Knocks tomorrow night and I got Skinamax free for 3 months with it.

Edit:I'm still on TC Plus and by calling instead of doing it online I got the free Max plus I wasn't forced to change to a current package, just FYI.

Anybody know if there is an expiration date for the 3-free-mo MAX with HBO deal? I'd prefer not to sign up for HBO until right before Entourage starts back up on September 7?

8/30/08 is the date that is listed on the flyer that I received in the mail and I think the starz/showtime offer ends 8/12.

Cool. That's only 1 week prior to the start of Entourage. I can deal with that.
