I keep hearing D* will move or copy internationals from the 95 to the 110 or 119 but wonder if there is any time frame for this to happen. I specificaly need the Brazilian channel Globo and all the HDs but there is no way I can accomodate two big dishes on my balcony.

It will be some time before the 95 is mirrored to other sats, let alone shut off. Just for starters, all the current legacy HD channels on 110/119 need to be shut down. That's not happing until early 09.
