I have an HR20-700. It locked up on the 6th like everyone else. Did a reset with the red button and it's been working fine. This evening my guide is acting weird. It only shows the current channel information. If this has been covered in another thread, I can't find it. Thanks in advance.

OK... I figured it out. My favorites were wiped out. I'm guessing by the lovely new software they downloaded. Anyway, sorry for starting a new thread. Maybe it will help someone.

Happened to a lot of us with the glitch we had on Monday. My favorites were wiped on two of the three DVRs. C'est la vie.

Happened to me too. It is actually a pain to reset up and I wish I could just restore settings from a backup.
