Anyone else having trouble getting through to DTV over phone today?

Tried calling DTV today and after multiple attempts, finally got though. Basically the phone call completes and there is no response. Hung up after 2 minute waits with no connection. Tried on multiple attempts and failed. Finally after waiting 10 minutes there was a response with voice prompts. Each response took a least 1 minute until the next voice prompt option. When I finally connected I advised the CSR about the situation. She responded that at there end, they have been twiddling their thumbs because they have had virtually zero calls for the past hour or so. If you are desperate, you can do what I did to finally make contact.

Just saw a Tweet that stated their 800 number is down and they are working on it. They provided a link to their technical forums in the mean time.
