Tried calling DTV today and after multiple attempts, finally got though. Basically the phone call completes and there is no response. Hung up after 2 minute waits with no connection. Tried on multiple attempts and failed. Finally after waiting 10 minutes there was a response with voice prompts. Each response took a least 1 minute until the next voice prompt option. When I finally connected I advised the CSR about the situation. She responded that at there end, they have been twiddling their thumbs because they have had virtually zero calls for the past hour or so. If you are desperate, you can do what I did to finally make contact.
