I had this issue not even 2 weeks ago...the unit locks up the screen when either paused or trying to rewind live tv. A csr said to reformat...no help...I unplugged the unit and all was ok until now..
its doing it again

Does anyone else have/had this issue?

Yes, I should have posted that this will unlock it...however it will lock up again and again

Yes I have had this, its one of the things that magiclly disappeared, see my post in the Voodoo, reformatting etc thread. Sadly, reading this, I guess I can expect it to return. Most annoying!
