DishPro doesn't help that, but DishProPlus does.
With DishProPlus switches (which are also built into DPP Twin and 1000.2 LNBs), you can run a dual-tuner receiver from a single coax from the dish, along with a DPP Separator, which is supplied with every dual-tuner receiver.
The cable run from the switch/LNB to the receiver still has to be a dedicated RG6 line, though. You can't use cable splitters like SWM, nor can you use RG59.
