Apple threatens to shut iTunes down

Apple's iTunes may not be in existence much longer.If the CRB ( Copyright Royalty Board ) rules in favor of an increase of royalties paid for music purchased online,Apple's iTunes store may start losing money.
Apple's Eddie Cue stated that if the stores lose money,Apple will shut them down.More info at the following link.

Sounds like a corporate bluff if I ever heard one.

All they would have to do is increase the price a bit, no big deal for Apple...

Not to mention itunes pretty much IS Apple right now, so I doubt a few cents increase on songs would make them operate at a loss.
