Not sure this is the correct forum for this question. When I try loading the apps on my HR24-200, I get an error message (5). It tries to load, but doesn't. I am able to load the apps on my R22-100. All of my receivers are connected to my Whole Home Connection, and the internet. Any suggestions? I have not yet done a RBR on the HR24.

mine was doing the same thing yesterday. a reset fixed it :)

I did the RBR today, and it fixed it. Thanks for the help:hurah:
