Hi!

This is about Chan. 7 in Chicago - I have three different receivers, and on all three there is a HUGE balance problem with A.B.C. only. It's about 8-10 decibels HIGHER on the left. It started about 6 weeks ago. I tried a regular antenna in to one of my Panasonic recorders, and it went away. This shows that it is DTV, and not an A.B.C. problem. I called the DTV people, and she told me that she would pass it up to engineering. Has anyone else had this problem? I can't believe nobody else has reported it. A.B.C. is the only chan. that does it. These are the regular, non-high def boxes.

Experiencing the EXACT same problem. I'm in the far southern burbs (Frankfort), and ABC is the only channel it occurs on. I don't have a regular antenna to experiment with.

This has been extremely frustrating, and I'm just glad to find someone else in the Chicagoland area it's happening to.

Are you still experiencing the problem? I am, and it's making me insane.
