Did a search, but couldn't find anything. Ever since I got the 10E8 download, I have been losing video but not sound when playing back some of my recordings. I've reset and re-downloaded, but still having the problem.

Anyone else been getting this?

Yes, I've had it happen several times. Frustrating. As long as I don't touch any of the play controls (FF, RW, pause) the sound will continue. As soon as I try to do anything else, I lose the sound also.

I'm not sure it is related to 10E8, and it is happening on an R15 that now has 10F4 (but also happened before I got 10F4).

Yep - since I downloaded the new software Thursday, this has happened once. Since I forced the download, I'm assuming that complaining to DTV will do no good... otherwise, I'd ask for a credit each time it happens. Anyone know what to expect from DTV if you call to complain about a release candidate that I forced my unit to download?
