I've done a bit of searching but came up dry.
This is a general question I'm asking on behalf of my parents, so I'm short on specifics, but bear with me.
They live in a high-rise that uses DirecTV for television service. They have noticed that on many of the channels, the audio and video are not synchronized. They were told this is because of the way their surround sound system is connected to their TV and Satellite.
I'm thinking that's BS and it has something to do with the Satellite Box.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction as to how to troubleshoot this?
