Sometimes my auto records stop working after a software update too. The only solution seems to be to delete it from the prioritizer and recreate it.
I tried that and they still don't work. Thanks for the response!LI-SVT said:Sometimes my auto records stop working after a software update too. The only solution seems to be to delete it from the prioritizer and recreate it.
I did this on both my receivers, but it still doesn't work...LI-SVT said:Go in to your prioritizer, highlight the failing auto record, and press select. You should get a list of programs matching the auto record. If you do than it will probably work.
I deleted it and recreated it, it still doesn't work..What I have found is sometimes after a software update the auto record no longer finds results. If it is deleted from the prioritizer and recreated it will then work as it did before.
Because you are now in 2008, instead of a space you could type "HDTV". Who would watch a season premiere in SD?terrylmc said:I had an auto record that I had setup years ago that had worked until a few months ago. Here is a post I put out about it in Dec 05 (http://www.dbstalk.com/showthread.php?t=49702).
Its basically an auto record for series premiers and another one for season premiers. I made it work by doing a keyword search and putting a space in as my selection. When I create a new auto-record with this criteria, it shows programs being found. However, the to-do shows none are scheduled to record.
This used to work perfectly, so I was wondering if a software update changed something or a bug?
Thanks
