Looks like my HR20-700 might be dying . About 2 weeks ago I lost ESPN 206, TNT 245 and ShoHD 537. I get a 771 searching for signal error on both tuners. All other mpeg4 HD channels come in fine. I have a multiswitch and my HR21 gets the channels fine. I have tried a red button reset and also unplugging it for 20 min and I still cant get those channels. Here are my signal strengths:

99(c)
1-8 92 91 95 95 96 94 92 92
9-16 94 90 93 90 92 92 NA NA
17-24 ALL NA
25-32 ALL NA

103(c)
1-8 95 91 91 96 91 97 92 96
9-16 91 91 89 92 91 95 NA NA
17-24 0 NA NA NA NA 0 NA
25-32 ALL NA

Any ideas ? Thanks

It sounds like you may have lost them when those channels went to MPEG4, which happened earlier this month.

First thing I would try is to put the HR20 on different outputs of the multiswitch (or perhaps even bypass the switch altogether). Rule it in or out.

What happens if you physically swap HR20 for HR21? Do the problems stay with the DVR? If the HR20 is fine when it's in the location usually reserved for the HR21, it could be cabling.
