Baltimore HD Fox

Since the lockup\reboot issue the other day, my Baltimore HD Fox (45) has become unwatchable. The video and audio stutter and skip so badly that you just can't watch it. I have 2 HR21's and both are affected. Signal strengths are good and haven't changed and no other channels are affected. The LD fox channel is fine. I've rebooted both receivers without change.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any thoughts?
