Yesterday I used m.directv.com to schedule a SL on two receivers. BOTH receivers completely deleted their To Do lists and set every SL in the prioritizer to no upcoming episodes (they were still this way hours after the recording was set).

All shows that were to have been recorded were listed in History as canceled by viewer.

I had set the show to record the series with high priority. It was placed at #1 on the prioritizer.

I had to reset the machine twice in order to wipe the guide data and then wait overnight for the To Do list to repopulate.

Anyway, fair warning...m.directv.com may be hazardous to your viewing plans.

Whew, that's scary. I just did the same thing for Friday Night Lights (Series, High Priority) so I checked the slingbox and my to-do list is still there and FNL is listed as the top series in my prioritizer. Hopefully, DirecTV fixes this bug!

Ken, could you do a network diagnostic report and post the code in the issues thread?

Yes, I don't have that machine setup for diags, but I'll do one. Also if it matters the only machine that was not adversely affected by the remote booking was the box running the latest CE release.

As soon as my son stops his Toy Story, Toy Story 2, Nemo marathon I'll get a diag.

Is there anything special required for remote scheduling? I scheduled a program from work (told it to ignore any conflicts) and later found that it was never recorded. I didn't lose anything else, I just didn't get my remotely scheduled program.

There is sometimes a pretty good delay. So make sure to only schedule things that are a few hours away.

I can verify this. I have an HR20 and an HR22. Set up remote recordings on both, yesterday. Today, on both machines, shows that definitely have upcoming episodes (The Office, Entourage) show up with no shows to record. I am trying the "reset the receiver" thing, but I have a feeling that it will be a while before I get anything recorded.

I will NEVER EVER use remote scheduling again, until this is fixed. I suggest that you avoid this like the plague until the glitches are worked out.

If you have any suggestions about how to get the Prioritizer to correctly identify upcoming recordings, I'd love to hear them.

Reset the machine twice in a row...this will clear the guide data. It will take several hours for the To Do list to repopulate, but it eventually will.

I have experienced the same problem. I added Friday Night Lights on the 101 using m.directv.com as a series and several links show (0) episodes and not record, reseting the unit seems to have done the trick. Hopefully this issue will be addressed in short order!

I had the same problem a week ago. I scheduled Heros to be recorded via the web and for some reason it took out all the scheduled recordings I had for my wife soaps. The To-Do list listed the soaps but no scheduled recordings. I had to wipeout all the shows and reschedule all of them again.

I have used the site many times on my HR20-100 and have not had any issues with it yet. I hope I dont start having that happen.
