First major bug with my new replacement unit since Wednesday.

Just had my first black screen on a PPV that I recorded to watch later.
Upon attempting to view the movie it asked me if I wanted to purchase, when I did, all I got was a black screen with the status bar at the bottom. It showed 1 hour and 23 minutes long but 0:00 on the bottom. No trick play functions worked.

History showed the movie as recorded. I did a reset and when I went back to the list, the movie was gone.

Anyone else had this happen on a recorded PPV?

I've had the exact same thing happen four times [just not on PPV]. It seems there is a problem that happens randomly where the tuner doesn't completely tune, causing nothing to be recorded, though the system "thinks" it is. The RBR clears the program [that's not there] from the drive.
