Lately I have been seeing intermittant blue dots and streaks on my fox local channel in portland oregon. During the world series it was especially bad with shots of the crowd or ones with a black background. I have echostar and they are blaming it on fox transmission.

anyone else seeing this issue with DTV?

I haven't noticed anything like that and I have three Fox channels (local, east, west).
