Has anybody have or had them? We r debating on to get a android boost or just add my gf to my sprint plan? I guess the biggest question is weather the net is like the net on my sprint epic and does it move along or sucks?

To my knowledge, Boost uses the Sprint network for their service. So in either case, whether you add a line to your Sprint plan or change to Boost, you will be using the Sprint network.

As an aside, I think I read recently that Boost was going to be taking advantage of the WiMax 4G that Sprint offers, but I don't have any details about that.

Companies like Boost, Virgin, and others are just leasing space off the main companies network. However there are terms in place where if there is network congestion their customers get the lowest priority. They also have issues with jumping to towers of competitors but that aren't considered roaming in certain markets.

It would probably be cheaper to do Sprint as an additional phone in the long run however it just boils down to commitment.

If I had to get a phone for a couple of months I would buy a used phone on CL and try the service as they don't give breaks on the phones.
