I don't know about you, but I get at least a few of these spam emails a day. Fortunately, they are caught by Google's spam filter and put in a Spam folder, where I can decide whether they are really spam or not. The bulk of the messages have a subject line or text body offering low priced pharmaceuticals or male enhancement drugs. Others have friendly greetings meaningless drivel, along with attachments which, if opened, probably add your computer to the bot net without your knowledge. Pretty nasty stuff.
