I have 2 HR20-100 units, going through a WB68. I have noticed that if one of them freezes they both need to be rebooted to fix the problem. Is this a mulitswitch problem? It happens rarely, but I want to know in case the frequency increases. Thanks.

This does lend itself to being somewhere within the cabling. My first thought would be to verify that your dish is grounded properly as sometimes these multi-switches will build up a charge which shouldn't be there.
