Thought I would pass this along. A few weeks ago I had to do a re-format on one of my R-15-300 (current software). This seemed to fix the caller ID problem I was having (no more than 2 logged calls). Since then it's been working fine. Tonight a call came in and I didn't get the notification on the screen. Went back and checked the log and the call was there. What was missing was the callers name. It did log it in, but it appears that since the caller has his/her name blocked, the notification doesn't have anything to show. Does this sound right?
