I have one HR20 and two HR21s. A few weeks ago, the caller ID stopped working on my HR20. The phone line is still connected and Caller ID is still turned on. Any ideas why this stopped working?

The elusive fix for me was replacing a DSL filter. It is a stretch, but something to consider if you exhaust other troubleshooting.

Sometimes it stops after 25 calls What I do is delete the calls from caller id so we have a clean slate. It works fine for us. Hope this helps. Max.
